What appears to be bad now may end up changing your life for the better.

🌟It’s amazing how deeply I reconnect with my inner self when I spend time in nature! This photo was taken on a trip that I took to Wyoming, and my horse’s name is Dakota. Because I’m not able to enjoy horseback riding very often, this was definitely a big treat.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🌟Perhaps sensing my nervousness, Dakota was a bit feisty that day. Once my eyes began to drink in my surroundings—the gorgeous mountains off on the horizon, the soft and gentle breeze, and the warm sunlight on my face—my nerves faded away, and Dakota became much calmer, too. This is an interesting metaphor for how our inner calm is reflected outward.

🌟If you need to reconnect with yourself, I highly recommend that you take some time this week to step outside in nature and feel happy with the simple pleasures in life. Even twenty minutes of fresh air, sunshine and green grass will breathe life back into your soul. Much love. XO Shari
